Barn visits and show-ground appointments across both states. - Kentucky: A practitioner on the ground for Kentucky barns and the shows around them. - Florida: Coverage for the Florida barns and the show circuit. ## Services ### PEMF / Magna Wave (45–60 minutes) A pulsed electromagnetic field passes through the whole horse, stimulating cell metabolism and restoring function at a cellular level. Full-body work with focused time on the back, SI, hocks, and any area the horse tells us about. - Full body scan - Targeted problem areas - Pre- and post-competition ### Laser Therapy (20–30 minutes) Photonic energy driven into a specific site — a tendon, a suspensory, a wound, a hoof abscess. Used on its own or layered onto a Magna Wave session for horses recovering from injury. - Soft tissue injury - Wound and incision healing - Acute trouble spots ### Maintenance Programs (Monthly or show-season) Standing appointments for barns and show strings. Regular sessions keep small problems small and keep horses consistent through a long season. - Barn day scheduling - Show-ground appointments - Multi-horse visits ## What PEMF does for a horse - Circulation: Blood moves. Oxygen and nutrients reach the tissue that needs them, and waste leaves faster. - Inflammation: Swelling comes down and tight muscles let go, so the horse stops guarding the sore side. - Range of motion: Joints and fascia open up. Stride length returns and the back swings again. - Sensitivity: The machine finds what your hands miss. Sore spots show up before they become lameness. - Recovery: Horses come back sooner after a hard class, a long haul, or a layup. ## How a visit works - We talk first: Before we touch a horse we want the history — what they do, what's changed, what your vet and farrier are seeing. - The horse tells us: The session starts as a scan. Where the horse reacts is where the work goes. Nothing is forced. - You get a plan: After every session you hear exactly what we found and when the horse should be seen again. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is PEMF safe for my horse? Yes. It is non-invasive and drug free. Horses stand loose for it and most relax and lick and chew within a few minutes. ### How often should a horse be done? It depends on the job. Horses in full work and showing tend to do well every two to four weeks. A rehab case may start weekly. ### Does it replace my vet? No. It works alongside veterinary care, not instead of it. If something in a session concerns us, you will hear about it and your vet should see the horse. ### Can you come to shows? Yes. Show-ground appointments are available in every region we cover, before and after classes. ### How do I book a session? Call or text with your barn, how many horses you have in mind, and what is going on with them. We will put you with the practitioner who covers your area. Texting is easier than calling on a barn day. ## Pages - [Home](https://robinsonequinetherapy.com/): overview, services, about Chandler Robinson, FAQ, and booking
